This year’s celebration and fundraising banquets will focus on how the HOPE of God’s Kingdom is advancing in and through the citywide church of Kansas City as the metro area body of Christ is getting increasingly connected around Jesus and His mission. The banquets on September 19 & 26 are like missional family reunions!
God is stirring up an unprecedented level of togetherness among Kansas City area churches, ministries, businesses, and other organizations. This type of collaborative missional ministry serves as a foundation for significant Kingdom advancement that brings HOPE. We’ll share stories and vision about this during these banquets.

The Sending Project is seeking multiple Corporate Sponsors for our Making Waves Banquets on September 19 & 26. These annual celebration and fundraising gatherings are like citywide missional family reunions of KC metro area body of Christ. The two banquets take place on September 19 & 26 at Hope Chapel in Olathe, Kansas. You, your business, your organization, and/or your ministry can be a Corporate Sponsor for one or both of our 2022 banquets.

We invite you to consider sponsoring or hosting a dinner table for either or both of the 2022 Sending Project Banquets. Sponsoring is providing donated funds for any of the Dinner Table Sponsorship options below. Hosting is filling your sponsored seats and helping your guests be welcomed at the banquet(s). You may sponsor a dinner table, host a dinner table, or do both.
Sponsor/host a full dinner table of 8 seats.
- You, your church, ministry, business, or a friend(s) of yours, financially sponsoring your dinner table of 8 guests by giving $400 by August 26.
- Filling your dinner table’s 8 seats by inviting people from your network and then helping your guests feel welcome during the event.

You are invited to promote your missional ministry at either or both of these Sending Project Banquets! This is a great way to highlight your ministry in the presence of church leaders and others from the KC area. More than 200 people from more than 50 different churches are expected at each banquet.
2 seats for the banquet program are included with an approved ministry display table.
