Expecting God to Do Great Things!

There is much to celebrate regarding 2022, but I want to take a moment here to share my expectation for 2023…that God is about to do something special in our midst!

Frankly, 2022 was a challenging year for The Sending Project financially,  and we are scaling back on the number of events we are planning for next year. We’ve been restructuring and we are preparing to move forward with our ministry activity in a streamlined way. 

Some of the specific priorities on our radar for 2023 are:

• KC End-to-End ministry, with an emphasis on reaching the nations in the KC metro area through Bible outreach groups.
• KC Digital Bible Outreach Initiative, reaching the nations in the KC metro area through the distribution of “HOPE” cards that lead people to connect with the Word of God in their heart language.
• Mobilizing churches and individuals to work together to provide funding for Scripture translation and/or recording projects for people groups around the world who don’t yet have the Bible in their heart language.
• KC Trauma Healing ministry, continuing to grow this movement of equipping people to facilitate trauma healing groups through which the Lord heals wounded hearts.
• KC Global Reach, including highlighting the ministry of Heartland International Ministries as a strategic way for churches and individuals to advance God’s Kingdom around the globe.

We are expecting God to do great things during 2023 through these and other ministry initiatives!
