Logan, a Central Bible College graduate with a degree in Church Leadership, brings diverse experience to evangelism training. With his wife, Samantha, and their family of five, he’s served in student ministry, sales, sales management, digital marketing, and business management. As First Priority director, Logan and his team equip and empower hundreds of students to share their faith story and the hope of Christ in public schools. Passionate about mobilizing others, he inspires attendees to leverage their unique strengths for impactful evangelism.
Doug and Amy Karst have been married for 36 years and have four young adult children. They have spent their entire married life in full-time ministry, working with Cru for over 30 years, both in Campus Ministry and currently with Church Movements. Doug also served as a Pastor in the KC area for eight years. With Cru Church Movements they partner to make Jesus known, multiply the church and serve the city.
Gary Kendall is the Campus Pastor for Westside Family Church, Speedway Campus. He is also a Catalyst for Unite KC, and his wife, Belinda, coaches women pastors/leaders with Tall Oaks and is an ordained pastor. They’ve ministered in Kansas City for 46 years and live in KC.
Gary and Belinda founded the Indian Creek Community Church in Olathe, Kansas that is now named Hope Chapel.
Gary, earned a Master’s in Ministry from Mid-America Christian University and received an honorary Doctorate of Divinity from M.A.C.U.
In 2024, Love KC merged with Unite KC, and Director Ray Jarrett, to step into the backbone org role for City Flourishing, partnering with Gloo and the Impact Foundation.
Serving with the Gideons 17 years and have served in multiple Bible Distribution campaigns in the area, as well as the new “Conversations” ministry to local churches in the area as well.
Member attending with LifeBridge Baptist Church in Kansas City North for over 30 years.
Actively involved in our local AWANA Club as the club commander for 25 years.
Blessed to have served the Lord on missionary short term campaigns from our local church on Discipleship, Evangelism and AWANA Club Leader Training to multiple countries around the word, including Peru, Tanzania, Romania, England, and Antigua/Barbuda. Also, short term GLOBAL MISSION discovery campaigns to Holland, Columbia, The Philippines, and Hong Kong.
A lifelong resident of Kansas City, and married to Esther Wehner (who is from Peru), and we have 3 children and 2 grand children with another grandchild on the way.
Graduate from UMKC/BA. Communications and been serving in a career in selling, marketing and supervising team members at ALLIED NATIONAL of Overland Park, KS. for 24 years. ALLIED NATIONAL is an administrator of group health plans throughout the United States.
