September is Suicide prevention and awareness month- it’s a time for us all to reflect on the importance of knowing how to recognize when someone is experiencing a mental health crisis and how we can help. We may want to shy away from this topic because the thought of having to intervene is overwhelming because we don’t know what to do to help someone-but the cost of not knowing is too great and now we can learn together. Join us as we partner with the National Alliance of Mental Illness (NAMI) for a short workshop to learn tools to help someone in a mental health crisis.
