Belinda and her husband have been involved in full time ministry for their entire married life of over 40 years! They served as Youth Pastors before co-founding Indian Creek Community Church 35 years ago. Belinda served as Care Pastor among a myriad of other positions, jobs and roles in their 31 years of tenure there.
Belinda has a heart for encouraging and empowering women as they reach their full God given potential and purpose in The Body of Christ both inside and outside of The Church. She understands the challenges and joys of ministry. She has a heart for the souls of pastors and enjoys helping women navigate the ups and downs of ministry. Since joining the PastorServe Team in 2018, she has interacted with hundreds of pastors from various denominations all over the country. Belinda personally meets with women, many of whom are coaching clients but many of whom are informal relationships of ‘iron sharpening iron.’ She served on a multicultural staff of pastors and ministry leaders at Indian Creek. She is trained in coaching, Prepare and Enrich (marital relationships ), and Stephen Ministry. She has led in staff retreats, spoken at women’s retreats and workshops around the country and around the world.
Belinda attended Morehead State University (KY), Gulf Coast Bible College (TX) and graduated from Mid America Nazarene University (KS) with an Associates’ Degree in English and Literature. She is an ordained pastor in the Church of God (Anderson, Indiana). She is married to Gary Kendall for 40+ years, is the mother of three children adult, and two children who have already preceded us to Heaven), grandmother to three GRAND children and mother-in-love to a son and daughter. Gary and Belinda reside in Olathe, Kansas but call India, Hong Kong and China home as well.
