Foster Care
After a 10-year career in pharmaceutical sales, Jen made a hard shift to follow her passion: equipping and encouraging foster & adoptive families. This started as a volunteer and has grown into directing a ministry to foster & adoptive parents, and founding the Kansas City RE: Conference, a two-day regional event to support, equip & encourage foster & adoptive parents. Her experience as both an adoptive parent and growing up in an adoptive family, provide both compassion and insight into what these families need. Coupled with a Masters of Education in Neuroscience & Trauma she uses her insight to equip others to care differently. When Jen isn’t with her kids you can find her laughing with friends, playing pickleball or looking for her wallet, keys, and phone. Jen and her husband Kevin live in Olathe and have a blended family of six children.
