WELCOME Bhutanese Nepali Church of Kansas CITY
TO THE SENDING ALLIANCE OF CHURCHES
One of our newest Alliance Churches is Bhutanese Nepali. We are grateful to have this church join us in connecting the citywide Body of Christ in the effort to glorify God and maximize His Kingdom in our city.
The mission of Bhutanese Nepali Church is the fulfillment of the Great Commission of Christ by getting out of our comfort zones to reach the lost, the least, the marginalized, and the untouchable. They focus on evangelism by preaching, teaching, and distributing the Word of God. Reuben Diyali is the Lead Pastor.
Pastor Reuben Diyali was born in Bhutan and brought up in a Hindu family. In 1984, he had bone cancer and was hospitalized for 24 months. Christians visited the hospital and preached and prayed for Reuben, and he was miraculously healed and began to follow Christ. In 1988 he married his beautiful, godly wife, Susan Diyali. Reuben and Susan have been blessed with daughters, Marika and Roshni, and a son, Ashish. They have four grandchildren.
Reuben’s ministry started in 1991 in Bhutan, India, and Nepal. In 2009, he came to Kansas City which continues to be his family’s home. Reuben planted Bhutanese Nepali Church of Kansas City in 2009.
Bhutanese Nepali Church is located at 207 N. 17th Street in Kansas City, Kansas. Learn more by visiting their Facebook page or by contacting Pastor Reuben.
Once again, we welcome them to The Sending Project family.
