EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT (PART-TIME)
Provide administrative and communications support as assigned by the Executive Director. The ideal person for the Executive Assistant role will be a proactive problem solver with exceptional communication skills and meticulous attention to detail. He/she will have experience with administration and communication at the executive level.
EVENT COORDINATOR (PART-TIME)
Responsible for making sure event details are executed and that each vendor performs appropriately. Everything in an event, from the seating to the featured presenters, must be set up in a practical and useful manner for the guests. To accomplish this, the Event Facilitator/Coordinator must possess a degree of skill in logistics to properly plan the details and anticipate potential problems that may arise. Finally, the Event Coordinator must have good communication and interpersonal skills and be able to effectively delegate tasks to others.
