DESCRIPTION: Day Of Learning\nWith Dr Keith Dow\nNTS’s Nurturing Care ini
 tiative will host an online Day of Learning event November 2nd\, from 1-4p
 m CST.\n\nIn two interactive sessions\, theologian\, researcher\, and auth
 or Dr. Keith Dow invites pastors\, children’s ministry leaders\, caregiv
 ers\, educators\, and disability advocates to reconsider care\, Christian 
 formation\, and the image of God. Drawing on his book Formed Together and 
 his collaborative Images of God research project\, Keith will explore how 
 people are formed through interdependent relationships—and how people wi
 th intellectual and developmental disabilities enrich the church’s under
 standing of God\, faith\, worship\, and belonging.\n\nParticipants will le
 ave with a deeper theological understanding for disability ministry and ac
 cessible ways of inviting children and adults to encounter and express fai
 th through story\, images\, art\, reflection\, music\, Scripture\, and pra
