KC Racial Healing Network Zoom Meeting

Pastors and ministry leaders gathering to network in the context of racial healing and unity. This event will also feature presentations by local leaders regarding racial healing in the KC Metro Area and how the Body of Christ can be more unified around Jesus and His mission. Ray Jarrett
is the Executive Director for Unite KC. Ray is skilled at creating a culture of leadership and facilitating, collaborating, and strengthening internal communications with staff throughout the organization. One of his core strengths includes creating and promoting a positive, multicultural work environment that supports consistency, develop policies, procedures, budgets, and controls.
As Executive Director, Ray protects and maintains Unite KC’s culture of love, profound trust, overflowing grace, abounding generosity, and fun.
His leadership acumen includes his ability to cultivate a strong and transparent working relationship with the board of directors thereby ensuring open communication regarding strategies, plans, core operations and operations support.
Ray’s leadership extends to assisting in the creation of financial and developmental plans to expand and acquire new donors and cultivate relationships with high-level donors and foundations.
Kwan Porter
is passionate about seeing God’s Kingdom come, as a present reality, on earth as it is in heaven. This passion moves him to see, believe, and actualize freedom iin people as they grow in Christ. He has served at LifeMission Church for 17 years and is blessed to be on the pastoral staff as the Freedom Ministry and Olathe Campus Pastor. He has been married to his beautiful wife Beth for 20 years and they have three kids.
