The Heal KC Network is designed to be a community of church staff and others networking in the context of care, counseling, recovery, and trauma healing ministry. Imagine the impact of a citywide Body of Christ in the KC area working together well as it provides ministries of emotional healing.
Featured Presenters: Jay Fowler and Dacia Moore
Jay Fowler
is the Executive Director of the Midwest Region of PastorServe.
Jay has been doing full time pastoral ministry for over 35 years. He’s been a youth pastor, an assistant pastor and a church planter. Jay understands the challenges and joys of doing ministry. He has a heart for the souls of pastors and enjoys helping them navigate the ups and downs of pastoral ministry.
meets with over 40 pastors a month, many of those are coaching clients. He leads a multicultural staff of pastors and ministry leaders who serve pastors in the Kansas City area and beyond.
He is trained in coaching, crisis response and consulting. He leads staff retreats, speaks at denominational workshops and leads reconciliation/mediation between conflicted staff members at churches around the country.
Anglican Church of North America and is certified as a Level II Leadership Coach from the Kansas Leadership Center. He has been married to Janine for 35 years and has one son and two daughters.
Dacia also is the Founder of Second Wind Counseling & Consulting, with a mission to empower individuals to be emotionally healthy, happy and whole.
Dacia was an adjunct professor at the Metropolitan Community Colleges and Webster University.

York and had the honor of studying REBT under Albert Ellis, Ph.D. She currently serves on the board of the Jackson County Community Mental Health Fund
and also on the board of her church, Sheffield Family Life Center.
